The weight of the cone is not an exact science. We estimate the weight of a cone in this yarn to be 1kg, but it could be more, which is why you can only put increments of 1.5kg in the basket. When the cone is dispatched it will be weighed and at this stage you will be charged the correct amount for the number of kg you receive.
Our 2/28 Cashmere uses the very best quality Mongolian cashmere fibre and is spun in Italy by Zegna Baruffa Lane Borgosesia. After knitting it is best to give the garment a quick wash with a mild detergent to bring out the beautiful softness that only 100% cashmere can give you. This yarn is perfect for knitting on 12 gauge or heavier gauges if plied up.
